Mykelti, has quietly built a reputation in Hollywood as one of the most consistently proven actors and directors in the business, delivering stirring and honest performances that capture audiences. 

Born in St. Louis Missouri, Williamson began performing on stage at the tender age of nine. Soon after receiving his first taste of the stage, his family moved to California where Williamson continued his education.  After graduating from Gene Evans Motion Picture School in San Jose, California, Williamson continued working professionally on multiple television shows, multiple films, and stage productions.

Williamson is the recipient of several nominations and awards for acting and writing. Awards which include the PeabodyThe Humanitas, the Los Angeles Theater Circle Award and the American Film Institute’s Award of Excellence. A devoted family man, Williamson strives to keep his house in order.
