Excellence and Academic Achievement for Males). Mr. Dace is a community leader, resource, and advocate with a passion to build sustainable
bridges between communities, systems, and educational institutions to achieve the vision of
collective impact and systemic change. He is originally from Mississippi and has lived in Champaign, IL for 13 years.
